End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, CoClient grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the CoClient Mac application for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the CoClient application except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

3. Ownership

CoClient and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the application, including all intellectual property rights.

4. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. CoClient may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with its terms.

5. Draft Status

This end user license agreement is a draft and has not been reviewed by legal counsel. It will be finalized before CoClient is released to the general public.
